Crown National: They have a shop in longmeadow business park, Johannesburg. here you can buy Prague powder, Hog Casings, Sheep Casings, synthetic casings, and equipment. Their biltong spice is also great. many other items too, look at their catalogue.
Lake Foods: CHR-Hansen Bactoferm TD-66 and Bactoferm MOLD-600 (hint, take a cooler and ice bricks when collecting.
Deli Spices: Wood Chips - I suppose I could classify these as an ingredient in some way as they do influence flavour. I bought a 15kg bag from Deli Spices these are made from beech wood and imported from europe these work great. Here is some useful information on smoking in general: GOLDSPAN Smoke
